What medical fitness is required to be a pilot?

There are two medical done CLASS 2 and CLASS 1.

Also known as file no. For your future reference. After getting that PMR number you can apply for CLASS 1 medical to DGCA.

CLASS 1 medical is mainly done by the air force medical center but there are a few civil centers available also.
